Coaching... Your key to personal fulfilment
For most people, the greatest benefit of a life coach is having someone you can work through your issues with. An unbiased party who has no judgment or preconceived notions about who you are or what you do.
Coaching is an active process whereby you and your coach form a partnership and a plan to take you from where you are to where you want to be. You may even discover extra things you can aim for that you didn't even know you wanted! Coaching is about forward movement. It's more than finding solution to crisis, it's about seeing beyond the crisis and creating the life you really want.

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long. You will be expected to accept responsibility for your own change and offered all the help you need along the way. Tasking is often given in between sessions to help you gather momentum and to give you tools you can use forever. We will challenge you when obstacles appear and celebrate with you at every milestone.
